Jang Ok Jung First Episode Reactions

I just finished episode one of Jang Ok Jung and Netizen Buzz already has an article about what the netizens thought of the first episode.

I normally don't post news about dramas here since I have other blogs for that purpose, but this is Kim Tae Hee's first drama since netizens cried bloody murder when they found out Rain was banging Kim Tae Hee.

The only ones that managed to break that barrier were Sung Yuri and Jung Ryeo Won... Seeing Seungyeon today, all I could do was sigh... She's nearly 8 years younger than those nunas and she still falls behind in terms of looks.

THIS. SO. MUCH. As the common saying goes, actresses >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> idols. Yes, Ahjussi's waifu is pretty, but when compared to Hong Soo Hyun and Kim Tae Hee, it's just not fair to Seungyeon. As an idol, you can look pretty compared to people like Sohee, but once you try to be an actress, you look like shit in comparison. The world's not fair.

There have only been a few idols that have successfully become actresses. Along with Sung Yuri and Jung Ryeo Won, who were already mentioned, the only other person that comes to mind is Eugene.

1. [+183, -76] The drama is fun, fresh, nice to look at. And more than anything, Kim Tae Hee acted better than I thought.

2. [+117, -13] I think I'll be looking forward to Sung Dong Il and Lee Hyo Jung's charisma battle in this drama. I got goose bumps watching Sung Dong Il's ambitious, burning acting.

3. [+139, -52] I don't think Kim Tae Hee is as bad as the public says. It's just that she has such a pretty face that people just expect more out of her. I think if you strip the Kim Tae Hee name from her, she's not that bad.

I thought she overcame her acting controversies with Iris and I think she's actually improved since Iris as well. It's just that she's so pretty that people want to hate on her ㅋㅋㅋ

It looks like netizens are done shitting on Kim Tae Hee and are back to praising her again. Now they'll go back to fapping to her while playing Starcraft.
