[MV Review] Lovelyz - Destiny

Lovelyz also made a comeback last Sunday, along with Twice in case anyone forgot. Also, Woollim, STOP MAKING LOVELYZ COME BACK DURING FINALS TIME! THAT'S TWICE IN A ROW YOU CUM GUZZLING BUTT PLUGGERS!

My finals start tomorrow, and I had a bunch of group projects due this past week, which is why I was away during April. I have a gigantic list of MV reviews to write (dating back to January...yeah, I know I'm way behind...like a fat chick in a Marathon race...) I wanted to start with the song I've had on repeat for the past week.

This song only has one real flaw: Jin trying to vocally masturbate to please the vocalfags. What I generally like about Lovelyz is that the group feels like a team singing the song as one instead of a bunch of individuals trying to draw attention to themselves. That allows the music to take center focus instead of each member trying to be an attention whore. However, Jin is the only one who doesn't follow this philosophy, and it is starting to become really annoying.

Like the majority of their title tracks, "Destiny" is a light synth pop song with a strong melody carrying the song. The chorus isn't as strong as previous title tracks "Ah Choo" and "Candy Jelly Love," but it still gets the job done very well. The verses retain a nice melody without going too soft or slow to put someone to sleep. The bridge is done well, but it feels like a letdown compared to "Ah Choo," but it's hard to top "Ah Choo's" bridge.

Kei is the best, fuck the rest (right in the pussy!)
Lovelyz knocks it out of the park yet again, delivering a song that should be on most peoples' top-10 lists at the end of the year.
