IOI - Dream Girls

If this overhyped group only lasts a year like many sites have stated, I will thank the K-Pop gods because this song is awful.
This song is 2016's rendition of SNSD's "I Got A Boy," but not so bad that I plan on writing a fanfic about how bad it is.
The chanting at the beginning? Awful.
The super generic beat that starts after the chanting? Awful.
The pre-chorus that starts with Somi's rap? Awful.
The chorus? Mediocre enough to listen to without wanting to instantly skip the song, but the verse right after is awful, and then it's followed by a rap section that comes out of nowhere.
This song is akin to attaching several severed schlongs together and packaging it as a cunt-crushing double-sided dildo. It doesn't matter how you package it when the actual substance is shit.
I've read (not that closely) that the group will have some sub-units and will basically promote for the whole year.
But hey, this lets me see Dia's Chaeyeon even more this year.

I honestly tried to think about some other positives, but Chaeyeon was just about it. Hopefully IOI's next song is good so that they have a good song to back up all of the publicity they receive.
